We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $100.

Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will not incur any charges. However, failing to show up for your appointment or providing less than 48 hours' notice will result in a $100 fee. Payment for any no show fees must be paid before a new appointment can be booked. Additionally, arriving more than 15 mins late will require rescheduling and a $50 late fee.

The late fee must be paid in order to proceed with rebooking. We do understand issues do arise that may cause you to be late to your appointment, however, we do ask that you notify us ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate you. Please note for skin products all sales are final. All injectable treatments and all sales are final. Injectable treatment sales, such as but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser, PRP, Skin resurfacing, Sculptra, micro needle, dermaplaning, waxing, vitamin inj, iv drip, semaglutide, chemical peels, facials, all sales are final. Refunds or credits can not be offerEd once treatment is completed.
