📅 Appointment Policies Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-show appointments will automatically be charged a $100 no-show fee and may require prepayment to book future visits. These policies ensure availability for all clients and respect for provider time. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. The late fee policy may apply. Additional policies specific to prepaid packages: No-Show to a Prepaid Appointment: A no-show for a prepaid package appointment will result in the forfeit of that session. Late Arrival to a Prepaid Appointment: If you arrive late for a prepaid service, your appointment time will not be extended, and the session will count as used. 💳 Payments, Packages & Refunds Prepaid Packages & Series Prepaid packages (microneedling series, VAMP series, Botox banks, facial packages, etc.) are non-refundable but may be swapped for another service of equal or lesser value at the discretion of the provider. Any remaining balance can be applied as credit toward another service. Packages expire 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. No Refunds on Completed Treatments Due to the medical and consumable nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are provided once a service has been performed. Product Returns Unopened skincare products may be exchanged within 5 days for store credit. Opened products may be eligible for a one-time product swap if a reaction occurs, at the provider’s discretion.

Massachusetts Gift Card Redemption Policy (Compliant with M.G.L. c. 200A, §5D) Expiration Dates In Massachusetts, gift cards cannot expire for at least 7 years from the date of purchase. At Nurse Jess Injects, we honor all gift cards for the full 7-year minimum. Fees No inactivity fees may be charged within the first 7 years. We do not charge any service, dormancy, or maintenance fees on gift cards. Cash Redemption Massachusetts requires merchants to allow partial cash redemption: If the remaining balance on a gift card is $5.00 or less, the customer may request that balance in cash. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards We are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards unless you provide proof of purchase, gift card number, or email confirmation. Promotional Gift Cards

Post-Care Instructions You will receive detailed written and verbal post-care instructions after every treatment. Following these guidelines is essential for proper healing and best aesthetic results. Medical Clearance Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing active infection, or have certain medical conditions may be unable to receive treatment. A full medical history is required before services can be provided.

Children & Guests For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment rooms. We kindly request you arrive alone or with one quiet adult guest if necessary. 📸 Photography Policy Before-and-after photos are taken for medical documentation.
